French Bass Nicolas Courjal | Back to Covent Garden !

French bass Nicolas Courjal returns to Covent Garden in Meyerbeer’s Robert le Diable.

Already present in the prestigious London theater, he already sung there, the role of Zuniga in Carmen and 1st Soldier in Strauss’ Salomé.
He was at the Proms this season, singing the role of Gessler in Rossini’s William Tell under the baton of Antonio Pappano, a role he had also sung at the Santa Cecilia, also under the direction of Pappano.
